Dear readers,
Welcome to my pages!
With a strong desire to explore how games can change our life, I came to the US after gaining 5 years of experience in the Chinese gaming industry. I'd foresee myself in the future as a game developer like Josef Fares, the director of A Way Out, and It takes two. The way he introduces gameplay and tells stories inspired me deeply. Detroit: Become Human is also a great example of using interactive technologies to create a game world, with engaging gameplay, freedom of replayability, and thoughtful value expression of future human society.
As a gamer, I can't figure out how many days and nights I've spent on turn-based strategy games, such as Civ V and Total War. City building games like Railway Empire and Cities Skylines are also my favorites. Game is such a good carrier to bring various experiences into real life.
In life, I like reading history stories and detective novels. Ken Follett, Agatha Christie, and Keigo Higashino are my favorite writers. Also, I like riding and traveling. Making friends on the trips and sharing our adventure stories is the coffee in my life.
Hope you have a better understanding of me and feel free to contact me please! Looking forwards to sharing more with you!
Sincerely,
Ronald Wang

This project is my master's thesis topic. I researhed three co-op design patterns and declared a 4-stage theory for co-op puzzle design. It took me 7 months, and the final artifacts were presented in game Portal 2 collaborate mode.
